Additional Inspection Services

11th Month Warranty Inspection
A brand new home’s warranty can be a wonderful asset for a new homeowner, but you’ve got to make sure you have the home inspected before the warranty expires. This inspection service is a thorough visual evaluation of the property, identifying potential maintenance or repair issues that you may be exempt from having to pay for yourself in accordance with the home’s warranty.

4 Point Inspection
This inspection service will evaluate the following areas of a home: the roof, HVAC system, electrical system, and plumbing system. If these portions of the home are in good condition, you’ll have assurance that the home will qualify for protection through most major insurers.

Re-Inspections
If defective items listed in the inspection report we provided have been repaired or otherwise addressed by the seller of the home, we can return to perform an additional inspection that will be limited to the components in question. By doing this, we’ll be able to tell you for sure whether or not the existing issues have been adequately taken care of.

Water Testing
In order to be approved for FHA loans, a home’s water supply needs to provide safe drinking water. This inspection service will test a home’s well water for E. Coli and several other contaminants. If you’re not going through the loan approval process, and you’d simply like a home’s water tested for your own peace of mind, we’ll be more than happy to accomodate.

Pre-Listing Inspection
Selling a home isn’t always an easy process, but this inspection service can help you protect yourself from a stalled negotiating process with prospective buyers. Before you create the listing for the property, we’ll perform a comprehensive assessment of the home’s readily accessible areas. As a result, you’ll learn about potential defects that you may want to have repaired before showing the home.

New Construction Inspection
Final closing is just around the corner, and you’re excited to officially own your brand new home. But before that process is completed, we recommend scheduling this inspection service. We’ll arrive to the property before the builder’s final walkthrough to perform a full home inspection. If issues are discovered, this allows time for necessary repairs to be made while the builders are still onsite—and before you’re financially responsible for correcting the problem.

Radon Testing
Radon Testing will measure the radon levels inside a home to ensure that they do not exceed levels that are considered dangerous for current or future residents of the home to be exposed to. Radon exposure is one of the nation’s leading causes of lung cancer, and because the gas is odorless and invisible, you’ll want to have a home professionally tested for your peace of mind.

Home Maintenance Inspection
This inspection service is a great way to keep a home’s maintenance issues in check so that the home’s value doesn’t take a hit, and so that you can avoid unnecessary repair expenses while living there. We’ll carefully assess the condition of the home’s readily accessible areas, going over any maintenance issues that we encounter so that you can address them appropriately and in a timely manner.

Pre-Drywall Inspections
Make sure your house is built to its specifications by performing a pre-drywall inspection. We’ll arrive at the property before the drywall is installed, which will allow elements to be inspected such as doors, windows, foundation, wall and roof components, plumbing and electrical rough-in. If issues are discovered, this will allow time for necessary repairs to be made before they are concealed by the drywall.
